I don't want there to be any surprises for you when we start working together. Below you will find information on what to expect, but please feel free to reach out if you need more clarification. Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance. You are responsible for verifying your mental health benefits. Please carefully check your coverage by asking the following questions:

Private Pay
If you are uninsured or would prefer your services not be filed with your insurance company, private pay hourly rates are found below.

Methods of Payment
Payment is due at the time of service. I require clients to put a card on file at the first appointment with IvyPay, and I will charge your card for each session as we go. If you prefer to pay by cash or check, you are welcome to pay at the time of the session.
Cancellation and No-Show Policy
24 hours notice is required to change or cancel an appointment. Failure to do so will result in a fee. If the session is missed without notice, a charge for the cost of services that were scheduled will be billed to you.
Service Costs
If I am not in-network with your particular insurance, or you choose not to use it, you can expect the following costs for each session:
