About me

My Philosophy

There are bumps along the road for all of us, and sometimes those bumps are so large, frequent or close together that it leaves us broken down and struggling to continue on our journey. Although we would like to leave the past behind us, the past is an important part of who we are today. My role as a therapist is to join with you and your family in the difficult life stories and feelings and help you integrate those things into your life going forward. Therapy is not a magical cure or a quick fix. It can be a long process of healing, but in the end I hope you will be able to look back with pride over what you've overcome, rather than feeling the pain.
